Enneagram

There are many helpful tools that can help us understand our own personality, behaviour, gifts and motivations. To me the Enneagram has been the most insightful, and therefore I enjoy working with it as it creates helpful language to descibe our inner realities, and the particular awareness needed that will help us grow.

In Latin, Ennea means nine, and gram means type. The Integrative Enneagram is much more than a personality profile that offers insight into core personality traits, as it delves deeper into the core motivations, defence mechanisms and fears that often lie in the unconscious layers of our personality
